If the initial Reference request remains answered, not to worry, The Reference Checker sends automated email reminders at a frequency of your choosing helping the process move forwards in the background…

The Reference is completed...

If the Referee chooses to provide the Reference for the Job Seeker, they simply complete the online form containing the Reference questions. The Recruitment Team has the option to use a standard set of questions or create their own customised question templates....

The Recruitment Team is notified...

When the Referee has completed and submitted the Reference, it’s held securely in The Reference Checker portal and the Recruitment Team who initiated the request is notified the Reference has been completed and is ready to be viewed…

The Job Seeker is informed...

The Job Seeker is kept in the loop receiving an email notification when the Referee has completed their Reference…

In addition to having the Reference stored securely within The Reference Checker portal, the Recruitment Team can also copy a link to an online version of the Reference, or, download a branded PDF copy to add to their applicant tracking system ready to be accessed at any time…
